England Hockey Covid-19 Guidance

PLEASE WORK WITH US

Please work with us to ensure that the guidelines are being followed so that we can all be safe.

We will be reviewing advice and will make necessary changes if we feel the guidance is not being followed.
We will continue to follow Government and EH guidance and will be prepared to curtail or expand our activities at short notice should there be any changes to the Covid-19 situation.

If you experience any covid-19 symptoms or test positive for covid-19, are asked to self-isolate or are living in a household with a possible covid-19 infection, please stay at home and contact HCKP’s covid-19 officer  as soon as possible at hckp.welfare@gmail.com.

HCKP will report any incidents of Covid-19 to England Hockey.

TRACKING AND TRACING

EVERYONE playing, coaching, umpiring or spectating has to register. To do this you will need to download the NHS Covid-19 app and register at every training, match or event by scanning

our NHS QR code. This code will be on display at every venue, every venue has it's own code.

if your school has asked you/your child to self-isolate, we need to adhere to this request.

We are not allowing any one to attend if they have been asked to self-isolate. This will also include if they have had a negative test result back.

We need to ensure we are adhering to the rules set out by schools and government, and it is not our place to be going against them. As difficult as this may be for some, the coaching team will look to ensure players are not penalised for this and will look into potential solutions.

We hope you can understand our rational for this decision.

If you do need to self-isolate, can you please let us know.

Please click here for details about self isolation.
