Many congratulations to the HC Knole Park U16 and U18 Girls for their selection to the England Hockey Futures Cup!
The Futures Cup is an annual national hockey tournament held in St. Albans over the August Bank Holiday weekend for a “best vs best” tournament.
The girls have been selected for the U15 and U17 Saxon Tigers teams respectively after a year of training at the England Hockey Performance Centre. The Saxon Tigers are the best girls from the South of England and it is an incredible achievement to be selected! Many congratulations!
There are three other English teams at the Futures Cup: Wessex Leopards (West), Pennine Pumas (North) and Mercia Lynx (Midlands). Wales and Scotland make up the remaining two teams for the six team tournament.
