From the regional finals to this weekend, in every competition we have had to play higher ranked opposition, but the girls have transferred their training into the matches and been brilliant! To have reached this level in our first attempt is truly something special! Adding this senior success, to the junior success, has made this the most phenomenal indoor season ever! I am very proud of everyone at Knole Park that has contributed to this indoor season. Well done to everyone that has been involved.”

This moves Knole Park into the Top 20 indoor sides in England and means they have a very exciting indoor season to look forward to next year.

Elsewhere, the Men’s 1st team produced a wonderful performance on Saturday to bounce back from last Saturday. Away against Folkestone the team produced their performance of the season so far to win 7-1. The team played some scintillating hockey throughout and scored several excellent team goals. The Women’s 1st and 2nd teams both received walkovers to keep their promotion campaigns alive.
