U12 Girls qualify for the Regional Finals!

HC Knole Park’s U12 Girls qualify for the Regional Finals!

HC Knole Park’s U12 Girls won silver at last weekend’s Kent Cup Finals and have now qualified for the South-East Finals. In a new competition format the girls from Knole Park won five of their matches and drew twice to seal second place and a place in next month’s Regional Finals. Georgie and Farrah top scored in the competition with seven goals each. Elisa (4 goals), Connie (3), Bea (2) and Liliya were also on target for Knole Park.

Knole Park’s U14A Girls were in imperious form as they beat Hertford HC 13-0 which keeps them top of the England Hockey Supra-League (East). Goals from Evie (4), Biba (4), Daisy, Isla, Lilly, Boadicea, and Ines seeing the young Knole Park team continue their top form this season. The girls have one match remaining against Cambridge City. If they can win, they will qualify for the National League Finals.

U16A Girls also continued their good form with a thumping win against Brighton and Hove HC. The girls won 10-2 and this keeps them second in the England Hockey Supra-League (South). The goals were scored by Polly (3), Bella (3), Lottie (2), Alessia and Phoebe.

Knole Park's U11 Boys played in the Kent U12 Cup. In a tough competition, the boys were win-less, however they gained a huge amount of enjoyment and value from the tournament and look forward to giving it a proper go next season!

In the Adults section the only match to survive was the Women’s 2s. Phoebe netted a double hat-trick, Polly scored five times and Bella four times in the 26-0 victory. This win sees HC Knole Park’s Women’s 2s crowned as Invicta Division 6 champions! An incredible first season in the league structure as they move up to Invicta Division 5 for next season. The Men’s 1st team received a last-minute walkover from Herne Bay 3rd team, whilst the Women’s 1st team had their walkover from Gore Court confirmed earlier in the week.

This weekend, the U10 and U12 Boys and Girls are in action again in their mini festivals. The Men’s 1s are playing Sevenoaks, and the Women’s 1s travel to Tunbridge Wells.
