HC Knole Park’s U12 Girls are up and running!
Knole Park’s U12 Girls started their season with a fantastic set of matches against Guildford. Playing eight matches between the two teams, the girls won 4, drew 2 and lost 2, scoring 15 goals and conceding just 10. Victoria Kern top scored with five goals. Bea Foster, Emily Bingham, Lucy James and Mali Nicholls all scored two goals apiece. This was the perfect way to get the season going as Guildford were excellent across all their teams too and the matches were all very closely contested.
HC Knole Park’s U16B Girls finally get their win!
In an excellent match a brace from Ella Walker and goals from Natalya Harvey and Cara Gould meant HC Knole Park’s U16B girls won 4-3! The U16Bs have had two very close loses so far this season and Sunday could have gone either way as they took on Reigate Priory U16A team. The game ebbed and flowed throughout as chances came and went for both sides. Early goals from Ella (2) and Natalya gave Knole Park an early 3-1, but Reigate pulled the game back to 3-3 with five minutes to play. But a super strike from Cara Gould secured Knole Park the win and the first points of the season for the girls.
