MEMBERSHIP FEES

Applications for New Membership

 

Prospective new members wishing to join in September for the new season should apply by clicking MyClubhouse, which will take you to our membership portal.  When registering, please select the relevant Year Group and Session and add it to your basket.  Then click on your basket and pay the respective subs.  You will receive an email of confirmation and receipt.

 

Membership must be approved and paid for before sessions can be attended.

 

Juniors will initially be offered 1 session per week and the training schedules can be seen under the relevant Age section.

Extra sessions may be added depending on the needs of the individual teams.

Your registration includes Child Protection consent forms which parents and guardians are required to complete each season. Please see Child Protection Policies and Codes of Conduct HERE.

It is understood you will adhere to the Child Protection, Code of Conduct and Discipline & Communication Policies and Guidelines and have given consent when you have paid your subscription each season. 

It is also important for revised GDPR rules that consent is given.

As part of the Membership you will receive: 

  1. An age-group-specific training session with a professional coach - see age group for more information. 

  2. A training/match T-Shirt (new members only)

  3. Insurance 

  4. Access to everything HC Knole Park has to offer!

NOTE: There is a non-refundable joining/administration fee (£80) for all new and renewing members which is applicable every season regardless of when you join. This is included in the subscription fee.

 

Refunds

​

Once a new member has been at the club for two months in their first season, the membership is deemed to be completed and no refunds will be applicable. For those that are renewing their membership, no refunds are applicable at any point. For those paying by direct debit the second payment is still payable.

Existing Members - Subscription Renewals

 

To renew your Annual Subscription to HC Knole Park, please click HERE which will take you to our membership portal, MyClubhouse. Once registered, Login and select the relevant Year Group and Session and add it to your basket.  Then click on your basket and pay the respective subs. You will receive an email of confirmation and receipt.

 

We assume you are remaining a member unless we are advised otherwise. Existing members will be sent renewal details with sign up instructions.

Fees

 

HC Knole Park Fees - Full Season 2023/24 are as follows:

 

Adults Membership (18+)

  • £275 p.a.

  • £12 match-fee for Saturday matches

​

Junior Membership U13's - U18's

  • £350 p.a.

  • £12 match-fee for Saturday matches

 

Junior Membership U11's - U12's

  • £250 p.a.

​

Junior Membership U8's - U10's

  • £194 p.a.

​

Boarding School (Holiday training & matches only)

  • £80 p.a.

 

Supporter's Membership

  • £50 p.a.

​

Guest Membership* (Matches only player)

  • £80 p.a.

​

*Subject to England Hockey rules and regulations

​

Maximum Membership Fee: £900 per family. Applicable to family groups where the total membership fees total more than £900. All additional sign ups on My Clubhouse will still need to be paid for in the usual way.
